Samsung GALAXY Tab 10.1 promises the great performance due to the lightning-fast 1GHz dual-core processors that is fitted as the main support to the tablet’s engine. Supporting the engine performance, Samsung GALAXY Tab 10.1 runs on Android 3.1 Honeycomb which promises the increasing in its productivity because the OS is allowing the user to perform different functions at the same time. Android 3.1 Honeycomb also allows the tablet to browse the web just as on the PC and view multiple panes in the same application. Comes together with the tablet, there is Android Market support for a wide variety of applications for downloading.

Samsung GALAXY Tab 10.1 is fitted with 7,000mAh standard battery that ensures up to 9 hours life for video playing, up to 1,800 hours of standby time for the 3G variant, and up to 2,000 hours for the Wi-Fi-Only variant.

Samsung GALAXY Tab 10.1 also delivers great imaging. As the main camera, there is a 3MP camera on the rear side that comes along with flash support, Auto Focus, several Shot Modes, Photo Effects, and white balance to capture photos and video of those precious moments. The 2MP front camera will be the secondary camera to video chat with a friend or a client.

As the profile, Samsung GALAXY Tab 10.1 has the dimension at just 175.3 x 256.7 x 8.6mm and weight 565g for 3G variant and 560g for the Wi-Fi Only variant. The profile makes Samsung GALAXY Tab 10.1 breeze to hold.

As the main screen, Samsung GALAXY Tab 10.1 has an expansive touchscreen 10.1″ WXGA screen using TFT LCD technology, allow you to take cinema magic with you wherever you go. The screen can deliver 16M colors and 1,280 x 800 pixels of maximum resolutions. The screen performance is supported by the dual surround sound speakers to make movie watching a truly thrilling experience. However, full HD encoded content cannot be viewed in Full HD resolution on the Samsung GALAXY Tab 10.1 screen.

To give more connectivity, Samsung GALAXY Tab 10.1 offers Bluetooth 3.0, USB 2.0 port, 802.11 a/b/g/n WiFi with Dual Antenna, AGPS Inbuilt GPS receiver, and Maps via Google Maps. Samsung GALAXY Tab 10.1 has also PC Sync Application through Samsung Kies or Kies Air and TV-Output via HDTV while the adaptor is sold as separate accessory.
