New EOS Rebel T4i DSLR Camera Announcement

Gadget Reviews – The new EOS Rebel T4i DSLR Camera has just been announced by Canon U.S.A., Inc. on June 8, 2012. What you will get noticed when you see the spec of the EOS Rebel T4i is the nine-point all cross-type AF array, performs a high-precision dual-cross f/2.8 point at center. The EOS Rebel T4i is also specially featured with the new Hybrid CMOS autofocus system that increases AF speed for fast continuous AF when capturing photos and videos in Live View.

Under the hood, the new EOS Rebel T4i DSLR Camera owns an 18-megapixel CMOS (APS-C) sensor that is paired with DIGIC 5 Image Processor. The combination between the new sensor and processor results an incredible image quality while the ISO range is extended from 100–12800. The users will have no delay to get high-speed continuous shooting of up to five fps.

The new EOS Rebel T4i DSLR Camera has also been equipped with a Vari-angle Touch Screen 3.0-inch Clear View LCD monitor II resulting clear viewing at 04 million dot resolution. The Touch Screen supports multi-touch capabilities like “swiping” and pinch-to-zoom” to scroll between captured pictures. The low-to-the-ground and above-the-head shots will be not so easy since the 3.0-inch Clear View LCD display can be flipped out to the left and rotated 90 degrees backward and 180 degrees forward.

The new EOS Rebel T4i DSLR Camera offers new AF capabilities with the nine-point all cross-type AF array. The need to “hunt” for focus is reduced so the AF speed can be increased, thanks to the new Hybrid CMOS AF system. It will simply give you highly accurate focus wherever your subject is located in the frame.

The new EOS Rebel T4i DSLR Camera also gives an opportunity to smooth and quiet continuous AF in HD video recording with the Movie Servo AF feature while the audio distortion caught by a built-in stereo microphone will be reduced by its attenuator function.

The imaging performance features are also being improved with the advanced modes of Handheld Night Scene, HDR Backlight Control, Video Snapshot, Scene Intelligent Auto, and Multi-Shot Noise Reduction.

EOS Rebel T4i Pricing and Availability

The EOS Rebel T4i will be available globally at the end of June for an estimated price tag of $849.99 for the body only. If you demand the optional EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS II lens kit, you can purchase the EOS Rebel T4i in $949.99 of price tag.
