Compared to the Optimus 3D, the LG Optimus 3D MAX is built in thinner and lighter body with its dimensions at 4.99 x 2.65 x 0.38 inches and weighs at 5.22 oz. A glossy piano black finish decorates the front side while the LG Optimus 3D MAX offers material made of metal on the side buttons.
On the left side, the LG Optimus 3D MAX provides a sliding lid to cover the microUSB port. On the opposite side, there is a dedicated button to the 3D content carousel, doubles function to switch the screen into 3D mode.
